At Limden Brook we run a mob grazing system on Organic grassland, aiming to improve the health of our soil and to provide a thriving ecosystem to benefit the local and wider environment.

Understanding how thoughtful the Limden Brook farmers are regarding matters welfare, ecology and sustainability I have been keen to do justice to their beautiful Sussex beef. Luckily even for a numpty cook like me it’s been really straightforward to make absolutely delicious meals using this produce. So far we’ve enjoyed flavoursome and juicy sirloin steaks, and a tender silverside roasting joint.. everyone in the family has savoured each mouthful! We’ve been delighted to purchase fairly priced and super tasty meat, safe in the knowledge that the cows we are enjoying are raised a stone’s throw away, living their best lives in the beautiful Sussex countryside. I can’t recommend highly enough!’’
