We will email you when we are due to pick up a fresh supply of beef, so if your stock is low you can contact us with your order and we’ll let you know when you can come and pick it up (Please note we do not have a farm shop that is constantly manned so please arrange a pick up time before you come).
We mainly sell our Beef in 10kg or 5kg boxes which give you a good selection of a variety of cuts.
We have also put together a variety of other boxes for those with smaller freezers or for those looking for boxes to meet their tastes and budget. Please see below for details.
King Johns Farmers Market
We are lucky enough to be neighbours with King Johns Nursery and Tea Rooms who hold a friendly local Farmers Market every 2nd Saturday of the month.
We aim to be there every month or at least have some meat for sale in the freezer if we cant be there in person.

Beef Boxes
5 kg Beef Box - £65
1 Roasting Joint (Typically Brisket, Top Rump, Topside or Silverside)
1 pack of 2 Sirloin or Rump steak
at least 2 packs of Braising, chuck, skirt or shin or similar cuts
at least 3 packs of mince
10kg Beef Box - £120
2 or 3 roasting Joints (typically a selection of Brisket, Top Rump, Topside or Silverside)
1 pack of 2 Sirloin steaks
1 pack of 2 Rump steaks
A mix of 5 packs of braising, chuck, skirt or shin or similar cuts
at least 4 packs of mince
Family Box - £50
1 Roasting Joint (Typically Topside or Top Rump)
At least 1 pack of braising steak or similar cut
1 pack of shin or stewing beef
at least 3 packs of mince
Slow Cook Box - £22
1 Rolled brisket or Silverside
at least 1 pack shin or stewing beef
at least 1 pack of braising steak - or similar
Mince Box - £20
4-5 packs mince
(average pack weight 450-550g)

Our Steaks come in packs of 2 and are individually priced

We use two different but equally as fabulous local butchers, so the cuts available and the packaging/labelling will change depending which butcher we use at the time.
As well as these boxes, individual items can be purchased depending on availability. Or if you have a specific request or an event to cater for, we can put in a future order with our butchers.
We currently aim to have a sale day on a monthly basis.
Offal
We try to stock offal including liver, heart, ox tongue and tail whenever possible so please do ask if you are interested in these items. They are amazingly nutrient dense and because we have moved away from consuming them regularly as a society, they are a much cheaper alternative.
We can also request bones and suet from the butchers, which can be ordered in advance.
